Texas Tech University, Department of Human Development and Family Studies

The Texas Tech University's Departmen of Human Development and Family Studies is expanding its Child Development / Early Childhood program with the appointment of a full-time tenure-track position. While this is an open rank position, we have a preference for hiring a person at the ASSOCIATE, or FULL PROFESSOR level. We are particularly interested in scholars with expertise in cognitive development, language development, or early childhood education. Applicants should demonstrate a history of, or potential for, success in conducting research and obtaining external funding, as well as evidence of strong teaching and leadership. The start date for the positions is Fall 2004. Review of applicants will start on February 15 and continue until the position is filled.
