Research in
Human Development (RHD) is a lifespan, interdisciplinary, and
integrative journal which focuses on thematic special issues.
We encourage topics on any issue relevant to development, and
welcome proposals that have interdisciplinary and/or multicultural
perspectives, or those that apply innovative quantitative and
qualitative methods. To
propose a special issue, please develop a brief (two page) synopsis,
indicating:
Ø
the need for an issue on the
particular theme;
Ø
how the collected papers meet
RHD’s interdisciplinary,
multi-method, and life-span goals;
Ø
qualifications
of the proposer(s) to edit such an issue; and
Ø
a list of potential authors and
titles for three to four articles.
These proposals will be reviewed by the Editor in
consultation with the Editorial Board. Please send your proposal to
Carolyn Aldwin, RHD
Editor,
Carolyn.Aldwin@oregonstate.edu, copying the editorial assistant,
Amanda Taylor,
tayloama@onid.orst.edu.
